What personal information do we collect and why do we do it?
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit a website.
The purpose is to make the user experience better for you by having the website remember your settings, which pages you have visited, login and any usernames and other information that you have entered and want the website to remember so that you do not have to enter this every time.
We do not use cookies to see what websites you visit after you have been on our websites. Nor do we store information that allows us to identify you as a person.
It is voluntary for you who visit the website to provide personal information in connection with services, for example, to receive newsletters or to fill out and submit forms.
If you visit this website, we will still collect de-identified information about your visit through the Google Analytics tool. The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve and further develop the information offered on the websites. Examples of what the statistics answer are how many people visit different pages on the website, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used.
The information is processed in an anonymized and aggregated form. By anonymized, we mean that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the entire IP address, but the IP address is anonymized so that only the first three groups of the address are used to generate statistics. This means that if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, only 195.159.103.xx is used. In addition, the IP addresses are processed at an aggregated level, meaning that all data is combined into a single group and not processed individually.
Døme på informasjonskapslar som vert nytta for Google Analytics er:
_ga: Vert sletta automatisk etter 2 år. Vert brukt for å skilje brukarar frå einannan.
_gid: Vert sletta automatisk etter 24 timar. Vert brukt for å skilje brukarar frå einannan.
_gat: Vert sletta automatisk etter 1 minutt. Vert brukt for å fordele trafikk/spørringar. Når Google Analytics vert distribuert via Google Tag Manager, vert denne informasjonen kalla _dc_gtm_ <egenskaps-id>.

If you have an account and log in to this website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is deleted when you close your browser. However, when you log in, we will set additional cookies to store your login information and screen settings. Login cookies last for two days, and screen cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember me", your login will last for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

Comments
If comments are allowed on certain posts on the website, and you enter a comment in the comments field, we collect information in the comment form, in addition to your IP address and browser information, to prevent spam comments. The comment will be visible to everyone who visits the relevant page until you delete it.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). If this data is not removed, those who access the image may be able to see where and when the image was taken, and what camera was used.
Form
When you contact us via a form on the website, the information you enter is stored behind the login on the website, and is available to the administrator and our data provider, in addition to the information being sent to us by email. Sensitive information should not be sent via the form since the email with the data is sent unencrypted. We store the information in our systems as long as it is needed to provide the services you request.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages and articles on this website may contain content (e.g. videos, images, articles, social media sharing, etc.) from other websites. Such embedded content from other websites works just as if you were on the other websites.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, contain third-party tracking, and monitor how you interact with that third-party content. This may include tracking how you interact with embedded content if you have a user account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your information with
We use cookies on all our websites (see explanation above). If you fill out a form on our website, the data you enter, along with the time and IP address, will be sent to us by email, in addition to being stored behind an encrypted login in our form tool.
Data submitted via forms on one of these services is stored on a server with our data processor, who is obliged to maintain confidentiality and with whom we have a data processing agreement.
How long do we store your information?
If you comment on a post, the comment and its details will be saved. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a queue for approval.
We store information about users who register here, i.e. anyone who has access to edit content on the website, for as long as they themselves wish to have user access. All users can view, change and delete their personal information at any time, but they cannot change their username. Administrators on the website can also view and change this information.
If you have sent us information via a form, or have a customer relationship with us, we will store the information for as long as necessary to provide services to you. We want to keep the data even after we have finished being a supplier, or processing your request, in order to be able to see the history and thus be able to better assist you at a later time.
What rights do you have over your information?
If you have an account, or have left comments on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of all the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. Please contact us if you would like us to do this. However, this does not apply to data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.
If you have any questions about this, or about how we otherwise process personal information we collect through other channels, you are welcome to contact us at post@fjordsteam.no or telephone 951 13 223.
