Collaboration with rural associations

So far, there has been contact with Høydalane and Kalvåg about the program for the trips on Friday from Florø.

In Høydalane there will be a stop at the old ferry pier, and the village hall at Helge Terøy welcomes you. There will be a tour of the motor museum, a demonstration of old boat engines and perhaps a local poet will visit. It will also be natural to visit the rock carving field by bus and get a tour there.

In Kalvg there will be a Maritime Festival with many activities in the harbour basin, music and good food. Knutholmen will be the natural centre for these activities.

We hope that more local communities will get in touch and invite one of the beautiful ships to their community, then we will pick up the community in Florø and have a market day on Saturday as a thank you. This is also a good opportunity for local communities to present themselves and their community.
